The best warranty is the one you will never need.
Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we have proven it for over 30 years. We are properly licensed and insured in the states where we conduct business, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We do not use outside subcontractors for our installations.
Our Limited Warantee:
Closets etc. warrants all workmanship and materials against defects in connection with the closet or storage products delivered and installed under this contract for five (5) years from installation; provided, however, that this warranty shall be void if the products are abused, moved, or not used as first intended as agreed upon in this contract. No other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to the goods covered by these terms and conditions. This warranty shall only apply to products delivered and installed by Closets etc. This warranty and any rights or obligations contained herein may not be assigned, transferred, or conveyed.
