What’s in a review?
Nothing if it’s paid for by the advertiser. We don’t play that game. We never hire anyone to write reviews, but nonetheless we did not receive a single bad review in the past six years. Angie’s List and Demandforce are the most objective sources of unbiased reviews that we found. We have hundreds of internal satisfaction questionnaires as well (see the page on testimonials), but we hired these two companies in order to make sure that we serve our customers well over the years. Needless to say, we also rank A+ with the BBB.Our worst Angie’s List review since 2008 was a “B”, all of the others being “A.” You can check it out on Angie’s List.
Here is the wording of that review, complete and word for word:
“It worked out fine. It was the best closet I’ve ever had! They did a really good job. The space was perfect.”
(Sonia K. in Madison, CT. She has had the closet for more than a decade!)
This is no accident. Word-of-mouth referrals and previous customers have become our second-largest source of business. Why do they like us so much?
- Competitive and honest prices
- Designs that work, fine-tuned over decades of experience
- CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our stuff lasts, and our warranty is not just on a piece of paper but a way of life. We will not leave a job until the customer is happy
But don’t take our word for it. Read the reviews.
